BIRRA & BIRRIA is a personal project originated from the quest to have fun with my first character illustrations; and also explore the desire to design for an industry that fascinates me, gastronomy.
The proposal is based on combining my 2 passions: the fusion of Mexican gastronomy (precisely from the state of Jalisco) and the young but strong footprint of craft breweries in Argentina. I sought to achieve a fun and striking Branding that joy-fully highlights "the peculiarity" of this proposal through a relaxed but tasty image. Also, as it is a personal project, I took the chance to present myself as a designer.
BIRRA & BIRRIA es un proyecto personal originado en la búsqueda por jugar con mis primeras ilustraciones de personajes; y a su vez, explorar el deseo por diseñar para un rubro que me fascina, el gastronómico.
La propuesta se basa en combinar mis 2 pasiones: la fusión de gastronomía mexicana (precisamente del estado de Jalisco) y la joven pero fuerte pisada de las birrerías artesanales en Argentina. Busqué lograr un Branding divertido y llamativo, que destaque con simpatía “lo peculiar” de esta propuesta a través de una imagen distendida pero sabrosa. También, al tratarse de un proyecto personal, no quise dejar de presentar un poco de mi sello estético como diseñadora.
